Licensor`s exclusive responsibility for any breach of this Agreement is to correct or replace products purchased by authorized licensees. The decision to correct or replace the product(s) is at soundBridge`s discretion. SoundBridge reserves the right to replace a functionally equivalent copy of the replacement product(s). If SoundBridge is unable to provide a replacement or replacement product or corrections on the product(s), the user`s sole remedy is the refund of the purchase price of the product(s) less the eventual cost of transaction fees. SoundBridge, LLC may update or change the way it collects, updates or modifies data relating to the use of the products, whether or not the user is aware of the changes. 3.2. Users must not modify the product(s) or produce derivative works of the product(s) or the corresponding documentation.

Derivative works include translations. Users should not edit files or libraries in any part of the product(s). In addition, users may not reproduce the database or the „Additional Content” part. . . .
